    Downloading Squeezeplay

Appreciate the response - but the link is to a zip file that doesn't include anything that looks either like a windows installer package or an executable. Instead it contains a CRAMFS which I think is a Linux distribution. If not please advise how I use.

    Regards

Sorry to reply to an old thread but the link does not point to the windows version of squeezeplay. Where can this be downloaded so I can listen to music from LMS on my PC?

    Thanks

I thnk you have to get them from @Ralphy now days.
    https://www.mediafire.com/folder/mjsaakvgp1nk4/windows
Main system - Rock Solid with LMS 8.2.1 on WHS 2011 - 2 Duets ( both WiFi, farthest unit gets 60% signal strength and always works since new power supply) and Squeeseslave
    Cabin system - Rock solid with LMS 8.2.1 on Win10 Pro - 1 RPi 3 Model B (WiFi) /Hifiberry DAC+ Pro/PiCorePlayer and Squeezeslave
Squeezebox Boom - "At Large" player around both home and cabin
Headphones and car - Android phone/Bluetooth w/full library on MicroSD card - PowerAmp music player app (similar to Material Skin)

If you ask me, this one is still working: https://code.google.com/p/squeezesla...8.exe&can=2&q=

What is the difference between the two versions?

Ralphys version is a modified version and IMO better and worth getting anyway.

There's improvements to the audio side of things with supported interfaces and he's also included a skin taken from the Joggler which gives a bigger window. On my 17" laptop the original skin is almost too small to be usable.

Just an FYI... I've spent the evening installing and re-purposing an old laptop with Windows 10 Pro. I installed this version of Squeezeplay and it works fine...
