THis may help because it happens to me alot after a
clean reinstall of Slim server.
Find SERVICES (usually under Administrative Tools.
Scroll down to find the Slim Server service.
Right-click and select properties. Under the LOG ON
tab, check the THIS ACCOUNT radio button, enter your
Administrator login name & password. This should give
SYSTEM-LEVEL access across machines
