I need a 'cheap' dac to use on a rotel amp to input a pc with only digital
out into both a digital input and a analog lr input

The rotel can only play analog to zone 2

Anybody know of one ?

It needs to convert back to stereo - from the DTS signal

Seen some that convert from a digital to stereo but not dolby also needs to
give me a stereo output ie not lr and center etc
