Live365 nightly latest 2004-10-27 no sound

I have uninstalled 5.3.1 and installed 5.4 nigthly 2004-10-27

I found this nightly much quicker than

5.3.1.



tried to get Live365 to run and I get them I SB list under Internet Radio
but no sound and connection is coming.

I have set my username etc in plugins. I see 28 stations and I see the title
running.



I don´t know how to get the log file http://serverip:9000/log.txt and can´t
give you that, Would be grateful for a tip how to get the logfile.



Please advise how to get the sound in Live365.

replace serverip with the IP Address of your computer that is running
slimserver.

go into server settings, debugging, to choose which types of messages get sent
to the log. d_source might help in this case.

It works for me with nightly version 2004-10-30 and Windows XP Home
SP2.

One thing that helped was to login to Live365 using the Slim Devices
player - even if it showed you were already logged in.

And, you should not need to have a VIP/Preferred Membership to
Live365, it should work as long as you are registered at Live365 and
thus have a userid and password.
