I downloaded the latest version, and am running 10.10. Every track is listed twice, when I open up a folder of FLACs.
Does this also happen with previous versions? Does anyone else have this problem?

Never has happened before, and I have been using your port (and MP3tag via Windows) for a long time.

    Please see attached.

Don't see duplicated FLAC tracks with Mp3tag-v2.64 on my Mac running OS X Yosemite

I don't see duplicated FLAC tracks when I run Mp3tag-v2.64 on my Mac Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10. I wonder what's different about your setup?

I notice that in your duplicated tracks, only one has tags, the other shows no tag info. Seems strange.

I also see that Mp3tag-v2.65a is out; I'll create an OS X version for that and see if your problem persists.

Thanks Ron. I actually just ordered a new Mac Pro, which I plan to set up as-in, no migration. So, I'll know if I have the same problem, running similar hardware to you, in about a week.

Ron, I found the problem. What is AppleDouble, and why does Mp3tag see it?

The dot "." before the file or folder means that this directory is hidden on most *nix systems meaning Linux and OSX . You might be able to see what’s there using the shell .

For some reasons mp3 tag OSX app does not respects this ?

Something weird about the apple fork files . This is beyond my competence but having used files from older Mac's you sometimes see extra files created by the OS with the file meta information .

You could try deleting all .AppleDouble folders in your music library (start with one folder first) and see if that fixes your problem.

    OS X version of Mp3tag-v2.65a

I created an OS X version of Mp3tag-v2.65a, the current version of Mp3tag.

This version was created on OS X Yosemite 10.10, using Wineskin Winery 1.7, Wineskin-2.6.0, WS9Wine1.7.29, and the Windows version of Mp3tag-v2.65a.

See the first post in this thread for details: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showth...l=1#post684486

Great news! This completely(!!) fixed my .AppleDouble issue. I was never able to successfully run a command line code to remove it, where v2.64a could not see it, still.

Thanks Ron for your help with this, and also to Mnyb for the links and attention to this issue.
