    Revue update

Does anyone know if I'll be able to control my Squeezebox devices from my Revue once the Google TV update is rolled out?

    squeezecommander or logitech controller

presumably logitech android controller app or squeeze commander app will do this. I would really like to see Logitech make the revue a 'squeeze' compatible device right out of the box -- not just a DLNA client

That would be awesome if the Revue itself worked as a squeeze player. I'd be able to use my Touch in another room if that were the case. But, I seriously doubt we'll see that right out of the gate.

It would also be nice if SqueezeCommander or the Logitech app ran on the Revue, but I've heard that unless the app is specifically marked as being Google TV compatible that it won't run. Hopefully flatterman and/or Logitech will be able to make this work.

Perhaps it would have been a better idea for logitech to run squeezeboxserver on the revue. I guess people would have been happy to have the possibility to purchase a logitech branded squeezeboxserver. It was a nice way to sell revue to squeezebox users and make everyone happy (perhaps that's te next step after lms ?)
