It gives a HTTP 500 error, indicating that there is something wrong with the dlmixcloud.com page. That's not really something I can do anything about.

If you have curl available, does this command give any more information?
    Code:
    curl -v --request POST \
      --url https://www.dlmixcloud.com/ajax.php \

I think that the command line (lines) was either miscopied or pasted into an unexpected environment.

The whole thing is one single command but it looks like your command line interpreter tried to split it into many.

The "" character at the end of the line means that the command continues to the next.
If that is what caused the problem you could remove them and unwrap the lines to form a single huge line.

If it is the single quote ' that caused the problem then try replacing them with double quote "

For MS Windows use double quote not single quote to separate parameters.

so should it look like this?

    Code:
    curl -v --request POST \
    --url https://www.dlmixcloud.com/ajax.php \
    --header "content-type: multipart/form-data; boundary=---011000010111000001101001" \
    --form url=https://www.mixcloud.com/SpaceCassette/space-cassette-mixtape-vol-iii-side-b-by-jacques-malchance/
The internet seems to suggest I should be using ^ to indicate a new line rather than \

Try to squeeze it all onto one very long line without the continuation markers (which are Unix things) and with double quotes not single quotes

You still had single quotes not double quotes in that last text attachment.

I have just got hold of a MS Windows machine and tried it myself ...

    Code:
    curl -v --request POST --url https://www.dlmixcloud.com/ajax.php --header "content-type: multipart/form-data; boundary=---01100001011100000110
    1001" --form url=https://www.mixcloud.com/SpaceCassette/space-cassette-mixtape-v

Note: Unnecessary use of -X or --request, POST is already inferred.

Note - the https url that is returned at the end is the key part here .... - which shows that it worked.
WHen you try you will get a similar url. The url above will probably not work for you though because of the security it applies to each session.
Note - no errors about "content-type" being misinterpreted etc - this is because I used the double quotes.

    Edit:
If your command is correctly actioned but you do not get a similar https url as the response then it will (hopefully) indicate why your stuff is not working in LMS. e.g. perhaps your IP address has been blacklisted
