    Android Controller App

Logitech has a new free Squeezebox controller app for Android devices. I just downloaded it and it looks fantastic. It appears to have everything from the default server control interface (the ip:9000 one). It even lets me switch Pandora accounts, which I couldn't do on the default controller.

I can't get it to work at all. Does it not work with authenticating servers?

it asked me username and password for the one server with password protection.
On my HTC Desire the Now Playing screen is not updating at all and after two minutes of operation the App just freezes. When I then hit the back button I get mixed up screens.

But one can see where the road takes us.

Did you know: SqueezePlayer will stream all your music to your Android device. Take your music everywhere!
Remote Control + Streaming to your iPad? Squeezebox + iPad = SqueezePad

    Indeed.
    Somewhat reminds my of "Squash".
    Is this Flash or HTML?

After I've ignored a server: is there a way to use it again?
    Edit: Switch Library doesn't work.
    Edit 2: Do I need 7.5.4 beta for this? I'm trying 7.6.

    Yes.
Feels familiar and I like the player selection button.
    No Playback.
But it reacts really slowly and sometimes not at all. And it's hard to hit some control elements at all. Entering text is awkward and at least on my Xperia leaves a textbox hanging around on the screen, maybe that's also why I can't get it to work with authenticating servers.

This is certainly not an Android App but something else in an Android wrapper.

I just tried it and it worked, but it's not nearly as polished as SqueezeCommander or the two iPad apps that I own. Think I'll stick with the ones I have already.
