I need to convert my playlists to my new Mac from my old PC. Here are the first few lines from an existing playlist:

#EXTINF:-1,Black Cow
E:\FLAC Files\Steely Dan\Aja\01 - Black Cow.flac
#EXTINF:-1,Aja
E:\FLAC Files\Steely Dan\Aja\02 - Aja.flac
#EXTINF:-1,Peg
E:\FLAC Files\Steely Dan\Aja\03 - Peg.flac

My path obviously has changed, and there are format problems as well. What do I need to change?

My new path to my music folder is: Macintosh HD/Users/<my user name>/FLAC Files.
