Clear Channel's radio stations are already available (for the most part) through RadioTime and the Internet Radio > Local menu selections.
That said, hopefully iheartradio will never appear as an "app", since most of the content is already available elsewhere.

I hope it does appear as an app! The audio is much better on the app than it is on radiotime. I listen to Cities 97 and the audio sounds tinny, like an internet stream. The audio on iheartradio sounds fuller, much like Pandora or Slacker.

At the end of the day you're really saying you'd like better quality sound. Quality sound comes from a good source and a decent bitrate, streamed over a quality protocol. The app isn't necessary.
