    7.5.1 Server icon suddenly crashing

I've been running 7.5.1-r30611 since mid-April with no trouble. Tonight I plugged my Duet receiver back in (it had been disconnected while I was playing with my new Touch). As soon as I did I got a automatic Controller update (which I had previously disabled - so why did that start happening?). After the Controller update I now lose the Server taskbar icon whenever I try to open up the web panel. I think it's still running since I see the Squeezebox Server task running in Task manager.

Any ideas on what happened here?

On Windows? This has nothing to do with Controller etc. The taskbar isn't
even aware of players or controllers. Is the SqueezeTray.exe task gone
from the task manager? Or is it just being hidden by Windows? What Windows
    version?

Windows 7 x64. Yeah, I know the Controller really has nothing to do with it but I figured I'd just lay out the sequence of events. When I checked and saw that the Server process was still running I don't think I saw anything for SqueezeTray, but I can't be sure. I think it was gone. I have my taskbar set to expand to show all icons so it wasn't hidden.
