Alarm Clock and Daylight savings time.. EPIC fail

    So.

I have a SB Radio in my bed room and a ReadyNas SB server.

I always use the alarm function.
The alarm is set for 7.30 weekdays. Been working fine all winter.
Now that we changed to summer time (+1 hour) the alarm doesn't fire until 8.30

Is your NAS set to the correct time? This is where Radio will get it's time from.

Check the time on your ReadyNAS.

It may have lied to the Radio when it was installed. (And may still be lying.)

You can set the radio's timezone manually, under Settings/Advanced/TimeZone.

Server time is correct, it is the same time that is displayed on the radio.

No.. it seems i was wrong.
I had the timezone on the server set to GMT, but that doesn't have DST i think, so i set it to dublin, london.

Now the time is correct, just have to make sure the alarm fires correctly

    Smile Gmt

The ReadyNas has two GMT time zones, GMT: Grenwich Mean Time and GMT: Western European. You need the latter for it to do daylight savings.
