    Sync'ing 24 bit & 16 bit?

I've just discovered that, when playing a 24-bit file on an SB3, if I then attempt to also play the same song in sync additionally on a SB Radio, the result is not synchronised - the two players are out of sync. I'm guessing this has to do with the SBS needing to 'downsample' 24-bit to 16-bit for the Radio.

But, is there any chance that it's feasible to achieve sync in this situation, or do I have to accept this limitation (and create 16-bit versions of 24-bit stuff if I want to play it sync'd across multiple players some of which cannot play 24-bit).

    Which server version is this?
    Doesn't radio play 24bit, too?

    Server version 7.4.1.

I don't know if the radio plays 24bit - the specs on logitech's site don't say (and I don't have any other info to hand) and I've been unable to find any postings about this.

It would seem odd, though, if it hadn't been designed to play 24bit.

BTW, I ought to add that this was 24bit flac, at 44.1kHz, that I was playing.

I've heard a lot about sync issues with Radios but don't see them myself (I did during 7.4 beta, now I'm on 7.5 beta), so maybe this is fixed in later releases.
You could try 7.4.2, it fixes a lot of bugs.
