Separate Internet Radio Forum? Problem: WFMT only plays sponsor 30-sec intro stream

Does it make sense to have a separate forum for internet radio questions? I see them scattered anywhere from here to the radio and server forums.

Now, for my specific question. On some stations, notably public radio, you get a 30-second sponsor stream and then the feed goes silent. Hitting "play" simply replays the intro message. How can you get to the real thing? In my case, WFMT in Chicago via RadioTime suffers from this, and KPBS in San Diego has in the past.

How did you extract that URL? Is that what is pointed to by RadioTime after the promo plays?

In any case, I did go to the WFMT website itself and it says the stream is "not available at this time", so that might be the culprit. I'll try again when I can listen successfully off the website.
