    Music folder not there...

I'm speculating this might have to do with permissions, but I'm really not sure.

I have my entire iTunes library sync'd onto my Squeezebox server at the following path:

    /media/music-space/iTunes

When I'm on the UI for the Squeezebox Server, when I expand media, i can see music-space, but when I expand music-space, I don't see any subfolders (only one exists, iTunes).

Does anyone have some advice for what the issue might be? Thanks!

    It sounds like permissions.

I set up everything to be owned by my userid, but files are r by 'other' and directories are 'rx' by others. (The 'x' permission on directories isn't executable, it's searchable..)

This lets squeezeboxserver (which is not me..) run happily with my library and not write to it (it has no need to, but now it cant).

Depending on the media type, you may be able to specify permissions at mount time.
