Does Google Chrome OS offer us anything?

Does the Google Chrome OS offer SB users anything interesting? Is it just another Linux Distribution?

It sounds like it will be a very cut down Linux distro, aimed purely at running web apps (with maybe some local storage with HTML5), so no it probably doesn't offer much for SB users apart from a nice fast client for SqueezeCenter.
Yes, it will. Yes, all of them. Yes, SoftSqueeze as well. What ?
I SAID ALL OF THEM !

Just another Linux distro. With the shell/browser integrated, sounds a bit like Active Desktop

Might be an interesting way to build a player or controller. If you have Google Chrome OS running on a small touchscreen computer you could have a nice interface to run the SC interface from.
rip, tag, get cover artů All you do is insert the CD!
