Nightly build of 16th May with iTunes

One thing that isn't clear to me is where the best place is for the iTunes
XML library file. I put it in the root of my music folder and it was found
OK. However, your question made me think that maybe it should go in the
    playlists directory. Where is best?

    Cheers,

    James

have you set your playlists folder and yoru music folder as the same
    location?
plus, you can also try more recent nightlies to see if the issue has been
    solved
    already.

Nightly build of 16th May with iTunes

I use the itunes library under Linux as well. IT works fine for me in teh root
    of my music folder.

    music folder: /mnt/mp3
    playlists folder: /usr/local/slimserver/Playlists

itunes playlists show up under Saved Playlists, Browsing Music Folder shows just
the filesystem structure, no itunes playlists.

I'm using Mandrake 9.2, Slimserver CVS
