I just got my Squeezebox yesterday and saw some good reviews about the
Rhapsody service so figured I'd give it a shot. I love it, but when
using it through my Squeezebox it seems to have buffer issues. The
desktop I have the Squeezebox connected to is on a wireless connection &
the Squeezebox is on wireless as well. My network is currently 11mbps..
so my initial assumption was maybe I was pushing my wireless network too
much. Does this seem like it should be a problem? I could understand
if it was flooding my wireless network, but I can wait until a song
looks "downloaded" through Rhapsody, hit play.. and it still skips quite
a bit. The router I'm using is a Linksys.

Has anyone else had these issues? I'm wondering how I should diagnose
what the problem is.. the cpu load on the desktop isn't high, the
Rhapsody service is the only thing going over the wireless connection
(I'm not transferring large files while trying to listen to music). I'm
wondering if I need to use a crossover cable between the desktop and the
Squeezebox. What's weird is if I use Remote Desktop Connection on my
laptop with the desktop running the SlimServer, it doesn't appear to
have buffer issues even though it's relaying the sound to my laptop.

Any thoughts, ideas, or solutions are appreciated =)
