How do I sync multiple players/receivers?

Sorry - I'm sure this is a FAQ of the simplest nature, but my initial searches have not given me the answer. What I want to do is simple to describe. I simply want to have the option to tell my SB (Duets) to play the same music at the same time - in true sync. There are 3 zones. Most of the time, it's MP3 music, but occasionally it will be streaming radio.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks. That would be it!

At the moment, I only have one player connected, so the option doesn't appear at all. I'm guessing multiple players are needed even for the options to show, either on the controller or on SqueezeCenter.
