Hi
Anybody else experiencing this?
One of my Receivers is constantly getting deleted from SN. Resulting in that I can't access and re-gain control of it from neither Controller, SN Website or my local SCenter.
It started approximately 2-3 weeks ago.
The Receiver is connected OK to my network. I can see it in the router device list.
The only way to "get it back" is a reset (holding the diode-buttton) and reconfiguring the Receiver. But I have done this a number of times now, since I thought it was a glitch, maybe in the network, that cased this. But it is not.
The Receiver automatically joins SN when reconfigured. So no need to re-enter any pin-code. But it is not in my list of players before I re-configure.
But I don't understand how it gets deleted in the first place. It happened again this night. Both my Receivers were connected all night, but this morning the one was unregistered again.
I guess I need to get in contact with Logitech support on this. But perhaps Andy or somebody else sees this?
Regards
