Does SS6.5 support duet? Why my Duet controller often loose connection with server?

    Does SS6.5 support duet?
The reason I ask this question is that I successfully installed SS6.5 on my bufallo LinkstationPro, and failed upgrading to SC7.0

Why my duet controller often loose connection with server?
Sometime the duet controller seems loose the connection with the server although the wifi signal strength is rather good. When I try to browse my music library it just doesn't response. I need to turn the duet controller off and turn on again, then it will resume response.

No. SC 7.0 or higher is required.

I'm keeping fighting with my buffalo Linkstation Pro these days, but didn't success with the installation of SC7 on it yet.

On my PC side, after upgrading the SC to 7.01, seems the connection is much more stable now.

If you look on the 3rd Party Hardware forum another user has written a very detailed how-to for installing SC7 on a LinkStation Pro. It's pretty complicated, but it has worked for at least a few users.

Edit: oops, I now see that you've already found that thread. Good luck with getting it running on LS Pro
