After several months I'm still waiting for a remote control and power supply from AT that they failed to deliver (I'm in the UK). Despite several attempts at contact they seem to have gone dead (also the experience of a couple of other potential purchasers I have exchanged e-mails with). Does anyone know if they are still trading (their website is still up and running).
I'm now having to pursue my credit card company to get a refund - so beware !

Yep - I have all the contact details and have e-mailed, phoned and written from the UK. No response - they just don't seem to want to honour their contractual obligations.

What if you use "Ask the seller a question" on their current eBay auction to ask publicly what the delay is on your previous order?

Recent Ebay purchase
I just got my SB3 from them about a week ago. They did not respond to me until I sent them a couple of emails using Ebay, then they got back to me very fast and my shipment came quickly then.

Try Again
They have 48 Squeezebox 3s available for sell on E-Bay under their store section. You might want to call them or e-mail them again using "Ask the seller a Question" directly from the ad with the 48 SB3s. They should get you a power supply seeing as they have 48 units in stock. As they say, "The Squeaky Wheel gets the Grease!"
Hey maybe the nice folks with the company will see your post/plight and offer up a solution. They are fairly active on the Forum.iPhone
