I'm reviewing the squeezebox for purchase but will only be using the analog outputs. The squeezebox will be connected to my Russound ABus multi-room audio system, which only uses analog inputs. In addition, the ABus system uses keypads which contain a 10watt amplifier in the keypad, therefore I don't require a receiver/amp connected to the squeezebox. I'm concerned the squeezebox analog outputs may not have enough volume when connected to a 10watt keypad amplifier.
Is there a volume difference between the digital and analog outputs? How good are the squeeze box analog DACS, is there any technical info that is available? I understand there will somewhat of a performance diff, but that's not my concern since the music is generally played low for background listening.

I'm running that same set up with Slimp3s and it works fine. You won't
get volume that will break windows out of the ABus units, but they do
surprisingly well.
