    Album Art

Since Album Art Aggregator no longer works (why is that?), does anyone out there have a recommendation for the best current solution to adding album art to FLAC files?

I use EZ CD DA Extractor to rip my cd's, and the newest version has a function to download album art, which it seems to save as metadata rather than as a separate jpeg file. Slimserver doesn't seem to be able to read that metadata. Even if it did, it wouldn't help with all of past ripped albums for which I'm missing artwork, so I really need something which will perform the function that Album Art Aggregator used to.

    Thanks!

Do you have the latest version ( a year old, though)

It works fine for me as well.

Slimserver 7.0 will have support for album art in FLAC files.

I think I saw somewhere a problem with AAA and .NET 3.0. If you've upgraded there was a problem. Otherwise it works fine with me also.

Yeah, upgrading to .NET 3.0 killed it for me.

I switched to Album Cover Art Downloader. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it pulls from more sources and has more options. As a bonus, now that I run Linux, it runs in Linux too with the exact same UI!

Check out CD Art Display here: http://www.closetosoftware.com/?s=cdartdisplay. It downloads art and lyrics and can display them in a popup, along with album info. Unfortunately, the popuup does not integrate with SS, but it does with Winamp, Media Monkey and a number of other players.
