Hi All,

I'm really happy to announce that Kevin Pearsall has just signed on
with Slim Devices to head up our customer support effort. He'll be
answering the messages that come to support (AT) slimdevices (DOT) com, handling
phone support and joining us here in the mailing lists to help wherever
he can.

Kevin (a self-described audio geek) comes to us with eight years of
outstanding customer support experience working for Roxio, Kensington,
Gear, and Silicon Graphics and is going to be a great addition to our
community.
