Player not found

I have the 'Player Not Found' message on PC Slim Network screen .. but the network is playing just fine on my music system.
I understand AndyG has posted a patch to fix this problem ... where do I find it?

You don't need a patch, the fix is server-side. Try signing your
player off of SN and then reconnecting.
