How long does it normally take to get an activation email? Seems like something that should be instantaneous but its been over 24 hours and I've resubmitted 3 different requests. Is this working?

It should be pretty instant, check your spam folder maybe. Contact
support (AT) slimdevices (DOT) com if you still don't see it, they can activate
your account for you.

I am having the same issue. I will contact support, but it definitely seems like there's a bug somewhere in the registration process.

Me too. So I emailed support (at) slimdevices as suggested, got me an auto-reply but that's it. No email saying I'm activated, when I try to log in I'm told I have to wait for my activation email.

Try calling the phone number in the automated email from tech support. I had to do that yesterday. It took the tech about 10 seconds to manually activate my account.
