itunes, windows and m3u (or lack thereof)

I am using itunes for windows. I really like the interface, but I can't seem to save a playlist as an m3u file that could be read by slimp3. any ideas? I did a google and found an applescript, but that doesn't do me any good, as I am running windows xp.

well, if you enable itunes in your slimp3 server, you will get access to your
itunes playlists from the XML library it creates.

    Thanks,
Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see how to enable itunes in the server. I am
    running v4.2.4 for windows.

You arent blind. Its not there. You will need the most recent pre-release
4.2.7 to have suport for iTunes for Windows.

    Thanks Kevin,
    That did the trick.
BTW: was there a problem with 4.2.6 and itunes? The SLIMP3 server would
suddenly stop and I would have to restart the computer to get it back. I
couldn't even stop the service, I had to re-boot. I went back to 4.2.4 and
    haven't had a problem.

4.2.7 seems to be working so far
