    Menu navigation issue

    Hi folks

I think I have found a small issue with the menu navigation. I have programmed my Harmony 659 remote control to use the Pronto IR codes found here:
    http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads...zeboxCodes.xls

Everything works great (in fact in same cases, better than the original remote) except for one niggly thing. I have assigned the IR code for "menu_home" to the MENU button on my remote control. Sometimes (I haven't found the exact pattern yet) when I press the MENU button from the Now Playing screen, I am taken to the last item I had highlighted in the top-level menu (for example, Browse Music). If I immediately press RIGHT to bring up the item's sub-menu, the SB won't let me. Instead it gives me the bouncy animation that indicates that I cannot go any further. To access the sub-menu, I first need to arrow down to another menu option, then back up to the item I had previously selected, and then I am able to arrow right into its sub menu.

I'm using this code for menu_home:
    Code:
    0000 006b 0012 0000 0029 002f 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 0014 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 0014 003d 0014 003d 0014 0393
Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

    Thanks!

good catch. Easy to fix (testing well so far, but I have to check on
the history still). Look for it in the next nightly build.

Of which component? SlimServer? SB Firmware? Where do I find it?

P.S. I'm using 6.2.1 of SS, and whatever the current production F/W for SB3 is.

    Thanks for your reply

    Re: Menu navigation issue

Slimserver. The firmware is closed source, and thus not modifiable by
    ppl like me

The nightly builds are found from a link on the downloads page, near
the bottom where it says "Beta and pre-release versions..."

Builds are done nightly at around 1am Pacific time, and include a
"stable" build based on 6.2.1 with bug fixes only, and an "unstable"
build (6.5) based on new features and experimental fixes.

Thanks! I'll look for it over the next few days.
