Is there any way to run Pandora through SlimServer?

I'd like to try it out, but I usually stream to three Squeezeboxen (two physical and one software) at the same time. From what I can tell, running through Squeezenetwork A) won't let me sync, and B) if it did, it would require three separate streams, which is wasteful of bandwidth.

What I'd like to do is what I do with all my other online sources.... stream to SlimServer once, and have it create three streams to my local network.

Is this doable? I'd like the thumbs-up/thumbs-down capability too.

AFAIK radio streams are fetched for every player separately even with a
    local slimserver.

And afaik there won't be a Pandora integration into the slimserver (please
search the forum for the discussions).

That certainly doesn't appear to be the case... when streaming from a server under my control, the connection count goes up by only 1 when streaming three devices. And I see only one TCP connection in my firewall.

Now, it's possible that it's multiplexing three streams over one connection or something like that... I don't have any easy way to measure the bandwidth being used. But given how it looks, it strikes me that the sensible solution is to conclude that it's downloading the original stream only once. That's how I'd do it, if I were writing the software, and I presume the Slim guys are smarter than I am.

As far as the Pandora thing... I searched on Pandora, but I don't see any conversation wrt Slimserver integration. Can you give me a pointer?

Oh, is that one of those things that is only going to be integrated with the squeezeboxes and not slimserver, sort of like SqueezeNetwork?

Pandora is in fact only running on SqueezeNetwork.

    Good SPAM

I got his in my Inbox yesterday. I don't even know what the hell Pandora is, but it seems this marketing email from Patrick did not get much of a reading. Posted in its entirety below:

    Dear Slim Devices Customer,

We're excited to announce that we've added support for Pandora, an
amazing music service, to SqueezeNetwork for Squeezebox2 and
    Squeezebox v3 owners.

Pandora is a music discovery service that lets you create custom stations
based on your favorite songs or artists. If you haven't experienced
Pandora, I recommend that you visit <http://www.pandora.com> and try it out
    on your computer.

The first time I used Pandora on my Squeezebox, I was glued to my
listening chair the entire weekend. Since Pandora is part of
SqueezeNetwork, you can even listen to it without your computer being
    on.

To try it out with your Squeezebox, log on to
<http://www.squeezenetwork.com/> and sign up for a trial Pandora account by
clicking on the Pandora link on the top-right of the page. Then use
your remote to connect your Squeezebox to SqueezeNetwork and browse
    into Pandora Radio.

I have more good news. Squeezebox v3 and Squeezebox2 owners can
listen FREE to Pandora for 90-days. US-based customers can continue
their Pandora service for only $36 per year.

This is truly a "killer app".

    Cheers,

    Patrick Cosson

P.S. If you're not in the US, please feel free to recommend local
content providers that you think would make great partners for Slim Devices.
