    I'm seeing loads of this message in trunk:

    between songs when there is a playlist.

    I think I can narrow that down a bit, too: I bet you are using random play, and that if you look at the playlist, you'll see it skips numbers for some reason. (ie, 1,3,5,7,9...)

    That's the behavior I'm seeing but don't see what change did that.

    You're right - it only occurs in Random Play.
