status_header.html using CSS instead of images.

    All - I've put together a demo using status_header.html & CSS - which removes
all the images & tables. Please give it a go.

    Excellent! It's translated :-). And it's fast!

There are some visual differences, though. While Firefox (front) is almost
perfect, IE6 (middle) and Opera 8.5 (back) show big differences in the
    cell heights (all on WinXP).

Another issue with IE: the "buttons" are too close together.

And generally: as there are no fixed table widths any more, lines like the
volume bar are wrapped if the window is too small. Is there something like
    the <nobr> in CSS?
