    Choose Network not working

    Greetings.

    My Touch is not connecting to WiFi. If I go to "Choose Network", it does not "click through". It has previously worked perfectly well on this network - and I have not changed anything about the setup.

    The Touch does work with Ethernet - but if I go to "Choose Network" while connected to the Ethernet, the Touch does not give me any options to connect to WiFi, but just reconnects to Ethernet.

    The Touch is not in a place where it is convenient to use a cable, so I would be very grateful for any ideas.

    First, try a soft reset: momentarily press button on rear above power jack.
    If no improvement, try a factory reset: hold same button until message appears on screen.

    Report back.

    Assuming you are running LMS on a separate computer, I recommend rebooting it too!

    Soft reset and computer reboot haven't helped. Will go for the factory reset again when I get a moment.
