There seems to be a problem with albums marked as favourite in TIDAL when played from my music library. I think the problem may be in the online music library integration plug-in, but I may be wrong.
Any albums I have "starred" on TIDAL appear in my local music library under their album artists, but if I try to play them, they are silent. It looks like the server or player has problems determining the format. When it starts playing an album, the format is shown as "0, flc", then switches to "320k CBR, AAC" after a few seconds and finally settles on "0kbps, FLAC". If I navigate to "Browse on TIDAL" and then "Albums", the same albums can be played with no problems, displaying the format "320kbps, AAC".

Does this happen with any album or only some?

Sorry. I somehow thought that I had answered. It seems to happen with all albums.

I was asking because TIDAL should be all lossless nowadays. I don't
understand why you'd get 320kbps only to play. Did you change the
streaming format in the TIDAL settings in LMS?

I never had a hi-fi subscription, and nobody told me that now I do. It seems that you were right and I had changed the streaming format, probably because of problems in the past.
I think I already mentioned somewhere that the selected streaming format is invisible in the UI - neither on the player nor in the LMS UI - because there is no radio button indicating which format is currently selected.
Anyway, now I changed the format to lossless and all is working fine. Thanks.SCALEO Home Server 2105 & piCorePlayer 8.1.0 | Logitech Media Server 8.3.0 | Server Power Control 20120716.103808 | Transporter & Duet & Touch & Boom & Radio | Rotel RC-995 & RMB-100 | Nubert NuVero 140

There was a recent post where someone found an album that was only available at 320kbps wouldn't play in the Tidal app. Changing the streaming format in settings allowed it to play. It doesn't explain this case where all albums are affected though.

Thanks for confirming! Then it seems there's a problem streaming lower
quality! Odd. I'll have to double check the implementation. Thanks for
the heads up.
