I pulled out an old set of Logitech speakers my daughter once used with a Shuttle PC 25 years ago. I plugged it into a Chromecast Audio Dongle run via LMS/Castbridge. I last used it in early 2009 in an office just before I retired. Quite amazing sound for what it is - it betters the Logitech Boom I have.
The Chromecast Audio Dongle also sounds very fine plugged into the line input of the Clavinova on which the Logitech speakers are resting.
It's amazing what can be achieved with what looks like unpromising old stuff.
