Vortexbox with new router

recently changed modem/router. PiCore/Touch can't find files in vortexbox. Can't log into vortexbox...what do I do?? TIA

Can you perform a factory reset on the Touch and let it find the new server address? Press and hold the reset button on rear of Touch just above power jack.

Is LMS running on the rPi or on the Vortexbox?

Does the new router have a different address to the old?

i.e
Old Router was 192.168.1.1
New Router is 192.168.0.1

If this or any variant applies then what is causing the issue may be that you gave the Vortexbox a fixed IP which can't now be seen by the Pi or any other devices on the New network.

The easiest way to fix this is to change the New Router's IP address and DHCP settings to exactly match the Old Router and then reboot everything in the following order with a gap of a minute or so between the key components

New Router
Your PC that you are using to admin the router
Vortexbox
Pi

Then other devices
