I just ripped a new CD and one of the tracks, the only one with a guest artist, has the artists added to the track title in LMS. I can't remember ever seeing this before so what is going on?

That's Material skin doing this. If artiist != albumartist then it is shown after title.

Maybe it has always been like this. I probably don't have many albums where the occasional track has been tagged with a guest artist.
