    I have "Logitech Media Server Versie: 8.2.1 - 1641537226 @ Fri Jan 7 08:06:52 WEST 2022", installed on Windows Server 2022.
Works OK but the info display says: OS Windows Server 2016. A little bit strange. Not a big problem but I wonder why.

    Regards Wilco

This Windows version detection is all a bit of guess work. Would you
know what that server's build number would be? Something like 22999?

It's fairly well documented. See the following references:

I implemented according to some MS document. But that seems to be wrong.
Could you please try to figure out the build number of your Windows?

My Windows are Pella 1987 and I'd never buy Pella's again!
Main system - Rock Solid with LMS 8.2.1 on WHS 2011 - 2 Duets ( both WiFi, farthest unit gets 60% signal strength and always works since new power supply) and Squeeseslave
    Cabin system - Rock solid with LMS 8.2.1 on Win10 Pro - 1 RPi 3 Model B (WiFi) /Hifiberry DAC+ Pro/PiCorePlayer and Squeezeslave
Squeezebox Boom - "At Large" player around both home and cabin
Headphones and car - Android phone/Bluetooth w/full library on MicroSD card - PowerAmp music player app (similar to Material Skin)

Thanks! I applied another tweak to the discovery routine. Could you
please give it a try with the next 8.3 build?

Is 8.3 already stable enough to install in production?
