New UE Smart Radio won't connect

    Hi folks,

I just bought a brand new (still in box) "Squeezebox Radio," from ebay, thinking it was actually a Squeezebox, but it turns out that it is a UE Smart radio. I know I can theoretically convert it to Squeezebox software, but I can't get it to connect. It's on my wifi, but it tries to connect to UEsmartradio.com and then errors out saying I need to do something with my router. Does anyone know how I can get around this? Thanks.

It might be worth trying a factory reset.

I'm sorry you might have had bad luck: we just suffered from a
deployment gone wrong... the systems should be fine now. Please try again.

Indeed, I was finally able to connect and have successfully transitioned it to Squeezebox. Thanks for responding.
