    Tidal problem

    Hi folks,
    Use Tidal app and log in via My SqueezeBox no problem. Issue I have is it is now not playing albums/tracks since last subscription bought. Just lists the songs and scrolls through.
    I suspect it's because I have over the years changed email/password a few times. When viewing on My Squeezebox site it shows a list of previous logins used with 'no entry' sign beside.

    Is there a way to remove these from My Squeezebox?. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but they remain.

    Just click the red button left to the entry?

    But that didn't fix it! Damn. Tidal plays fine through Tidal app on pc and phone, but not playing through Lms app. When I log into Tidal via my squeezebox it still gives red sign. Even though log in seems to work and details work through other apps on pc and phone. Weird.

    Have you selected the correct e-mail address for the player in the Player settings in the mysqueezebox Tidal page ?

    Yes, and it seems to log in okay, get the green tick....then it has the red no entry sign next to email...

    Are you useing

    https://www.mysqueezebox.com/

    The red sign is a default, so that one can delete the e mail log in.

    a screen would help

    I don't understand why you are having trouble

    I'm off to watch the rugby on tv

    Sorted

    Managed to change email address with Tidal after trying everything else, and now working. Cheers for thoughts.
