    Spotify connect on my Radio's

Is it possible to have my squeezebox radio's listed in the spotify app as endpoints?
So my radio can be used as a speaker to listen to my spotify playlists, with my smartphone as a rmote control.

You can enable Connect mode in the Spotty settings. It's not perfect,
    but mostly works :-)

The windows desktop app of spotify seems to find the squeezebox radio, but my android app on my phone doesn't, even if the radio is on.
    Is that normal behaviour?

Strange, they should both see any squeezeboxes if they are selected as Spotify Connect players in the plugin settings.
Is your Android phone on the same network?

I have just checked with a SBRadio.

    iPhone, iOS 14.6 connects immediately

Moto G Android 5.1, connects after a struggle, restart of phone and another struggle; error messages on the Radio, but does eventually work.

Played one track then stopped, hit the Advance arrow to get the next track playing

I think my response to this (rather popular) question always starts with
an "it's complicated". Visibility of a player not only depends on the
player itself, but the client configuration, too. Are you on the same
network? Are your apps configured to only show local players or not? Is
Spotty configured to not do local announcements?

I should finally take my time to write this up somewhere...
