Possible to ignore back.jpg from coverart?

I guess the title says it all.
I've got lots of media that has scans of front and back covers, and since 'b' comes before 'f', most of these albums show a boring back cover while playing.

Is it possible to get LMS to just ignore these files, rather than deleting them?

If these are files in the music folder then rename the front cover to folder.jpg and it will be used.

    Have you added back.jpg into Settings/Advanced/Formatting ?

If not, then this maybe a result of Music & Artist info plugin - I don't knoe the plugin's setting but check them out.

This reminds me why I named my back covers "Rear.jpg". I then use the "Music and Artist Information" plugin if I want to view local artwork, and this can also be used to view .pdf's like came with the "The Union" / "Elton john & Leon Russell".

I don’t think it’s anything to do with MAI

IIRC the default cover art rules are as follows

If there is embedded cover art in first track of album use it
Otherwise use cover.jpg or folder.jpg or as defined in LMS settings
Then look for other jpg in album folder

Pretty much all music software knows to use folder.jpg so I’d opt for that unless you want to embed

    I think your're right.

AFAICT LMS checks for all jpg, jpeg, png, gif images in the folder but it will try to use "cover", "folder", "album" or "thumb" before the first image it found which is presumably is alphabetical.
