    piCorePlayer 8.0.0 - Busybox error

    Hi

After installing piCorePlayer 8.0.0 and change the "Audio output device settings" to USB, on boot process the screen blinks several times and I get a error message in the "BusyBox v1.33.0" startup.

    " Failed to find ... Done (42)."

    I attach a copy of pcp_boot.log

I think this is not normal and I dont know how this afect the performance and the features of pCP.

In the 7 version I dont have this error.

    Thank

    Hi Ronnie

Its a fresh install. I tried both 32 and 64 bits.

I use first a Asus Xonar U7 USB Soundcard (power supplied by the USB port)

I tried also a Pioneer N50A, powered on before boot.

In both the error is the same.

My raspberry Pi is a 4 with 4gB ram.

The sound in both dacs seems OK.

    Thanks

    I've never seen that error.

When you change the Audio device to USB, are you also selecting the correct output as the popup box requests? Perhaps you have popups disabled in your browser?

    Yes, Ronnie

Both dacs working ok. But I am concerned about the message and seeing the screen blinking 40 times before the error appears and the boot process continues it's boring.

    Hi Paul

I dont see any pop up after selecting USB, i am gone see if there any problem with my browser (Edge Windows 10)

    Thank You both.

    Fernando

PS: The only pop up that appears is to confirm the "Audio Output Device" before reboot.
