piCorePlayer Server + kiosk mode browser on the same Rpi

I'm a newbie to this piCorePlayer things.
But, I'm really enjoying this wonderful music sever & player system.

Many thanks to the develpers and the contributors for this program.

There is one thinng I'd like to do with thsi piCorePlayer system.

I have one Rpi 2B+ which runs piCorePlayer system including LMS & squeezelite for the usb-DAC.
There is no problem with the music playing itself.

But, I'd like to connect one monitor to the Rpi 2B+ in order to see the music info with the help of the 'Material Skin' on the web-browser such as firefox, chrome, etc.

I don't need any window manager.
That is enough if I can run the web-broswer in 'kiosk-mode' from the command line.

I found that I can install 'Xorg' from 'piCore repository'.
But, I can't find any web-broswer from anywhere.

Actually, I tried to install firefox from tinycorelinux.net/13.x/armv7/tcz/firefox.tcz
    with no success.

Thank you for reading my post.

Have you considered installing Jivelite to provide the output to the screen?
You can install it from the pCP web interface.

RPi 3B+ with HifiBerry DAC, update took less than 3 minutes.

Squeezelite immediately gets updated to 1.9.9 14xx.
Is there any specific reason to not include 14xx in the pcp image?

Upgraded to pCp 8.2.0 today. Everything is working ok, except for the gapless playback of locally stored OGG/Vorbis files, which is [still] broken since the release of pCp version 6.0.0. The last working version that worked properly was pCp 5.0.0. It is probably Squeezelite related, as Squeezelite-X is also affected.

Thank you for your suggestion. I thought that Jivelite is for the touch screen.

I tried to install Jivelite, but there is no output after succeffully installing Jivelite.

Before installing Jivelite, there was a console which waits for my inputs.

But, after installing Jivelite, there was nothing.
There is only black screen after the following screen.

Can you provide 2-3 of the gapless ogg files that cause the issue for me to download to try and reproduce?

Shoot. How do you even tell what version of JiveLite you're on? I looked for a change log and the Google Gods didn't give me anywhere to find it.

    Thanks,

    Howard

    Squeezelite is not Jivelite.
