What do you see in the "Output Setting" list when you click "more"?

Any of the lines that have CARD=Audio in them may work.

I would first try the line that has

    front: xxxxxx or
    iec958: xxxxxx

Thanks, I’ll try it in sometime & revert. But, How will I know if either of the choice is the correct one? Is there a way to check if the setup is playing music?

Does Squeezelite stop working if I’m making a wrong choice? I’m asking coz earlier today I tried “hw:CARD=Audio,DEV=0” & I’m not sure what happened but Squeezelite stopped working, I had to fallback to “default”.

pi device powers down after a few seconds....

No idea where to start tracking down this problem, any help much appreciated. I have a raspberry pi B with piCorePlayer v8.0.0 | www v00016 | linux 5.10.42-pcpCore (32) | piCore v13.0 | Squeezelite v1.9.9-1386-pCP using a hifiberry Amp 2 as output. Been stable for years and years, now it has started to auto off after a few seconds. I've been able to keep it on for a few hours after a full unplug power down situation, but reboot or restart doesn't do it.

Wonder if the pi is on the way 'out'?

Paul, as per your advise I tried “front:xxxx “ would it be right to assume that this worked, since I have “Green ticks” on the main page for Squeezelite & LMS?

That simply means that Squeezelite is still running … which means that it attached to the device.
However, that does not mean it is working.
The test for that is your ears.

Those people that use either a CIFS or NFS mount with LMS on piCoreplayer may be interested in this - https://forums.slimdevices.com/showt...=1#post1058987

It took me a fair while to figure it out

I'm able to play music via the preset radio stations on LMS, but unable to see my stored music library (4TB). Even though, all my albums and folders are showing up in LMS via browser 198.168.1.x:9000. Close but no cigar
