Oh... something's wrong there. Which of ralphy's plugins do you have
installed which might be messing with the firmware downloads? If you've
got the Community Firmware plugins installed, disable it in the
settings, then restart LMS one more time...
At the moment I explicitly don't use any of Ralphy's plugins - but actually your Community FW plugin. After deactivating this, the Boom FW update actually worked. All ip3k based players (Boom, Receiver, Transporter) FW are also in the cache/updates/ directory.

    Missing FW-Files within LMS 8.2.0

Haha!... I didn't know this was MY plugin :-D.

Ok, I'll see whether I can update the update mechanism to work around
    this limitation.

*smile* OK, lets find some more convenient words - "Thanks a lot for supporting Ralphy's great work on Community FW :-) "

And thanks to have a look at all these stuff like to find a workaround for this mechanism

It could be my github action yaml file. It updates the repo.xml but not install.xml. Will fix.

You can change the version to 0.0.3 in install.xml and restart lms to avoid the plugin update available loop for now.

The Community Firmware plugin v0.0.6 fixes the update available loop and includes Michael's change for the issue with downloading the logitech firmware for the i3pk players. You need to be running LMS 8.2 from June 11th or newer as well.

I can confirm it - the Community Firmware plugin v0.0.6 together with LMS build 1623385969 fixed it. When I remove 'boom_57.bin' from LMS updates, I get the warning while the first try and then the FW is downloaded and flashing works. Thanks folks and have a good weekend :-)
