    List issues and DNS Blacklist

    Hi,

Anyone seeing any problems in getting emails?

My 3rd party spam filter (antispamcloud) is throwing up slimdevices.com as
    blacklisted.

    I've noticed the same.

The slimdevices.com IP (107.21.26.162) is listed on Spamhaus, one of the biggest rbl email spam databases.

I guess the issue needs fixing (if indeed it exists) and the IP removing from the Spamhaus database

Take care of your tongue. It is in a wet place and can easily slip.

    Spamhaus says:
107.20.0.0/15 is listed on the Policy Block List (PBL)

Outbound Email Policy of Amazon Web Services EC2 for this IP range:

It is the policy of Amazon Web Services EC2 that unauthenticated email sent from this IP address should be sent out only via the designated outbound mail server allocated to Amazon Web Services EC2 customers. To find the hostname of the correct mail server to use, customers should consult the original signup documentation or contact Amazon Web Services EC2 Technical Support.

    Removal Procedure

If you are not using normal email software but instead are running a mail server and you are the owner of a Static IP address in the range 107.20.0.0/15 and you have a legitimate reason for operating a mail server on this IP, you can automatically remove (suppress) your static IP address from the PBL database.
There is a link to click to request a removal - but should really be done by someone with a slimdevices.com email address once the information has been double-checked.

Could explain why some have not been getting their password reset messages.
