How to remove deleted files from the database?

LMS found some very old video files (vblogs) I didn't realize I had. I have removed them and rescanned yet I still see them in the database. Is there a way to remove them without deleting the whole database?

    Thanks.

You must be using an old version of LMS the video file scanning was removed ages ago.

No just the opposite in fact... it's 8.1.1

So how do I remove non existent files out of the db?

For anyone else with this issue :

The default scan does not remove non existent files, but there is an option (under both basic and advanced) that will allow you to clear the db of deleted entries. This fixed my issue.

The advance lets you do it once a day automatically if you wish.

Are there basic and advanced options for scans? The only options I have seen for local music are "new and changed" and "clear and rescan".

Which one did you use? None of them are Basic or Advanced.
