The file's tracks play OK when played natively but not when played with Flac->PCM transcoding (i.e. flac native is disabled). The problem seems to be in Flac executble.

All looks OK. Not sure about LC_ALL setting.

Can you try the command below. If it works it will create a WAV file of the selected track - which should be tested . If it fails it may give an error message. Filename is very unusual so may give problems which is why I have used quotes.
      Code:
      /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin/x86_64-linux/flac -c -0 --skip=65:34.00 --until=69:08.00 -- "/storage/music/flac/16_Bit/Greek/Melina Kana - Portrait.2000 [EAC.FLAC.CUE.LOG.COVERS].by.routerjoc.HQShare.NET/CDImage.flac" >testout.wav

Sorry, I should have refreshed my memory of the preceding discussion before jumping in. Apologies for the irrelevant interruption!
Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players. Occasionally using SB Radio, Boom or Classic.

The WAV file does not appear in the folder. I guess it couldn't have been saved elsewhere.

                  Something looks off.

                  The file size is
                  Size: 432 MB (453.737.014 bayt)
Disc size: 433 MB (454.033.408 bayt
The requested duration "--skip=65:34.00 --until=69:08.00" is only 3m34sec
                  Flac says
                  DImage.flac: wrote 23040659 bytes, ratio=0.051
Flac says it wrote 23,040,659 which at CD quality is about 261secs over 4 mins.

BTW - are you sure you do not have a non english locale somewhere- the file size numbers in the above use "." rather than "," more usual for thousands and I think "bayt" is Greek for "bytes".

OK try the command below - it is explicit in output file name and will save in directory /tmp
                      Code:
                      /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Bin/x86_64-linux/flac -d -0 --skip=65:34.00 --until=69:08.00 -o /tmp/testout.wav -- "/storage/music/flac/16_Bit/Greek/Melina Kana - Portrait.2000 [EAC.FLAC.CUE.LOG.COVERS].by.routerjoc.HQShare.NET/CDImage.flac"
