No seen this before. Set up a new router (which broadcasts on 2.4 and 5 Ghz) and connected 2 radios and a touch to it via WiFi. Got the "Connected" screen message, but the blue circle froze, fully rotated. And each machine completely froze in that state. Solution was a hard power cycle, including removing the batteries from the radios. When re-booted, that were all connected to the new router - and no further problems. Odd.
